SHIPPING POLICY

All products are handcrafted with LOVE! Due to our products being all natural butters in high temperatures they will melt. Please keep in mind when ordering and shipping to a hot climate area your butter can melt. If in the event of melting store butter in a cool dry place and product will solidify.

 All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email with tracking once order has been shipped.

NOTE: Order shipping time is not included in the 5-7 business day order processing time. Please pay close attention to the timeframes when placing orders with strict time constraints.  

Once your items are accepted by the carrier, Honey Bee's Body Essentials is no longer responsible. Tracking information is provided at the time of shipment. If your tracking information is not updated within 5 days, please contact Honey Bee's Body Essentials team at support@honeybeebodyessentials.com so that we may assist in locating the item.
